EMOTM: Every Minute on the Minute, 1 rep during minute 1, 2 reps during minute 2, etc etc

So you would do  10 minutes of deadlifts, lets say 4 reps EMOTM. So you would do your 4 reps then rest until the next minutes then your 4 reps again and so on.
