Here is the WOD ( Workout of the Day ) at CrossFit Exertion Today:

A.) Power Clean EMOTM 12×2-3 reps
B.) 5 Sets of 30 seconds ON/30 seconds OFF
1.) Heavy KBS
2.) DB Hang Cleans/Front Squat
3.) Explosive Step Up
4.) Burpee Broad Jump
5.) Double Under
