As I opened the closet to choice my footwear, my Vibram Five Fingers Bikilas were staring up at me. Where we were going the trail would be a little wet and the trail would be technical, so the Vibram Five Fingers Bikilas would be a great choice.
We headed out the trail and I was impressed, not really surprised how great the Vibram Five Fingers Bikilas performed on the rocky trail.
As I jumped from rock to rock along the shore, never did I question my footing and never did I slip. The Bikilas have great grip and the Vibram Five Finger soles (all their shoes) are great for rocks.
As everyone else avoided the puddles I just walked right through them, I love how quickly the Vibram Five Fingers Bikilas drain out, your feet are wet for a second then you don't even notice it.
I guess if there's any downside to a hike like this is the drive home, with the Bikilas getting wet and sweaty, they tend to smell a little funky, they went right in the washer!
I love my Vibram Five Fingers Bikilas
I'm totally going to look into them. I ran BF for 9 months then fell off the wagon during winter and tried shoes.. dumbbbbbb!!!!!
