Crossfit WOD 13/10/30

Today was a crazy workout, it left me feeling like I wanted to puke at the end. One thing that I was happy with was that I started in round 1 with 71 Reps then dropped alittle but in round 5 I was able to pull out a 71 reps to finish strong. I'm sure I'll feel the pain later today...

Warm-up.....then

5 Rounds of “Fight Gone Bad!”

Wall-ball, 20 pound ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump, 20″ box (Reps)
Push-press, 75 pounds (Reps)
Row (Calories)
3 Minute REST

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a three-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of “rotate”, the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
