CrossFit WOD 13/10/23

So today's WOD seemed to be more of a cardio workout which was welcomed as my legs were burning and my shoulders were shot. In section A) it was a chance to work on the skill of the Power Snatch. I get it right sometimes but wrong more times then

Warm-up...... Then

A.) Power Snatch EMOTM 10×1-3 reps

B.) 5 Sets of 40 sec ON/ 20 sec OFF
1.) Alternating KBS
2.) Box Jump
3.) Overhead Walking Lunge
4.) Shuttle Run 20m
5.) Row for Cal
