Kevin Ogar was performing a routine ‘snatch’ at the event in southern California and video shows his body giving way, leaving him in agony on the floor.

Zach Miller CrossFit Story

I came across this video on the CrossFit page, it's a well put together video and there's a update on Zack below the video from his best friend.

I would like to personally thank all of you who have contributed to Zach through CrossFit Pittsburgh 4 Zach.  To date your generosity has provided much needed financial relief as Zach had no health insurance.  It has helped his family to remain at his side and you have provided a custom wheelchair so that Zach can get outdoors for greater sensory stimulation.

After months of frustration, Prayer and tears another Doctor took Zach’s case.  His treatments have become more aggressive.  He’s been responsive to verbal and sensory cues.  He even smiled when his dad mentioned my name to him during a recent visit.

This may be an odd title for a post, but one thing I have noticed when watching football is that a lot of the competitors end up shirtless, and when they pan around the fans they are usually topless or very little.

I am a huge fan of Football, but I am very happy that Football fans keep their clothes on. There is a large difference the average football fan vs. the average CrossFit fan....lol

Mountie Playing The Drums

Now being a Police Officer I enjoy my job and love to have fun at work. Here's a video of a RCMP (Mountie) officer that shows up at a camp site and starts playing the drums. This just shows that being a public figure your always being watched, in this case he's being watched by thousands on YouTube.
