Today was my first time working out 3 days in a row. I really felt my shoulders burning today. I learned a new movement (Hanging Power Snatch) today, which will take some time to master.

Warm-up

A.) 10-12 TnG Hang Power Snatch
Run 400m x 4 sets

B.) 10-12 TnG Push Press
Row 350m x 4 sets

C.) 10×5 UnBroken Toes to Bar
