Hello all,
On Sunday I ran the 5km race in the Valley Harvest Marathon.
The Valley Harvest Marathon is becoming Nova Scotia's best race, it's held in the fall and it never fails to be a beautiful fall day during the race. The race is held in the tiny town of Wolfville that you'll find very charming. The race course to the naked eye looks flat but has steady climbs, it twist through small towns and along the famous Bay Of Fundy. If your not too out of shape you'll enjoy the beautiful fall colors as you run.
It was a beautiful fall day here in Nova Scotia, it was sunny and 24 degrees out. To check out photos of the race and a recap visit IdleHides blog.
