I'm looking to see who has some recipes for Homemade Energy Gels. I know all I need is to google "Homemade Energy Gels" and I'll get a ton of responses but I'm looking for recipes that you have tried and enjoyed. After my KoHo Bars (larabars) turned out soo good I thought I'd look for other ways to make my own products here at home.
